Sielva Management SA will only assist you in the establishment and management of “clean companies”. We will not advise you on tax evasion or money laundering activities, nor do we provide services or management capacity for such activities.
We reserve the right, and have already done so on several occasions, to reject such inquiries or orders and, if necessary, to terminate the overall contract.
Conversely, our clients can be sure that our tax optimization advisory is recognized by the national tax authorities and meets the international requirements of the OECD – also regarding money laundering regulations – in the best possible way.
Frequently, international companies are free to determine the location of their services and assets themselves. Having a significant economic sector means Switzerland can offer attractive conditions for a stable establishment, more than various other countries.
In addition, Switzerland carries the seal of having a reputable and secure image, which is highly appreciated by clients and customers alike. A Swiss company with an associated bank account is correspondingly trustworthy. Additionally, companies are allowed to position their accounting system in a location which is legally and politically stable, as well as attractive in terms of taxation. Especially in geographic regions which are experiencing economic unrest, a professionally managed Swiss company can be a significant relief.
Together with your tax advisors and lawyers, we define the tax, organizational and legal structuring options for your planned company structure. If not available, we also provide international tax consulting firms, auditing firms and commercial law firms via additional partners and involve them, if required, in the planning of the new company structure.
We continuously monitor the determined specifications and adjustments made during the planning process. We also follow and incorporate the frequently changing requirements of international organizations (OECD, UN, EUGH, etc.). If desired, your tax consulting company may also disclose the entire setup to your national tax authorities. With our “Clean Company” strategy you are always on the safe side!
We take tax and legal requirements, also in this respect, into account. If you can prove the origin of the assets on at least the first level of origin as well as fulfil the further requirements concerning international financial transactions, this can be achieved without any problems. In this case, the city of Zug offers a particularly excellent starting point for international capital and financial investments.
A simple and straightforward company establishment is usually carried out by Swiss notaries and lawyers. In addition, there are fees for notarization and entry in the commercial register. In total, you should expect to pay around 4,000 to 8,000 Swiss francs for the establishment of a company.
For foundations, the costs can vary greatly depending on the complexity.
We believe in working transparently which is why our prices are listed on our website (Services – Price list). The main cost of domiciliation is the forwarding of your mail – because we cannot effectively charge you for every envelope and every minute of work, we therefore work with flat rates. Our mail forwarding service can easily be customised to meet your needs. Whether direct forwarding, exclusive advertising, scan or mail, you tell what your individual wishes are. Only the time required for the transactions and postage will be charged.
Regarding board of directors, executive management and branch manager activities, the main cost for you and your company are the economic and legal responsibilities. An official representation places high demands on personnel. In addition, the internal workflow must be documented for the supervising authorities and institutions. Many commercial companies or private individuals would only assume such external liability in exchange for a guarantee. We charge a flat rate for our services.
